DIGITAL SOLUTIONS WITH IMPACT
We build digital solutions for small- and large companies, from the idea stage to our customers appearing on the cover of Forbes.
Our services
There is only one way to eat an elephant: a bit at a time.
Desmond Tutu
THE MERADA WAY
Every project is an elephant and we know how to carve it up into digestible pieces.
EVERY SOFTWARE COMPANY begins with a conversation where we clarify your business objectives, formulate clear stages, milestones, and assignments for teams. And during the project we systematically analyze your business, execute UX and UI design, front-and backend development, integration, testing and quality management.
BUT WHAT'S MOST IMPORTANT: You'll get quick answers to your questions and never left in the dark about what's going on.
SMALLER. FASTER. MODULAR.
We believe small is beautiful, because it's faster and more agile (in the original meaning of the word!) and, in our opinion, produces the best results. We mean it, too: We're not out to see how big we can get before we get bad.
Modular means we have an extensive network of trusted partners to access the right specialists at the right time, without always keeping them unused in a dark room (as overhead).
OUR FAVORITE ACRONYMS: UX, DX, LX
Without painfully dissecting the etymology for you, Merada means "our path" in Estonian. Our path focuses on both UX (user experience) and DX (developer experience) — which means we're out to enjoy the experience just as much as your users. For the user, that's a seamless, beautiful experience. For the developer, it means the right tech (sometimes the newest, sometimes not) employed at the right time. To use a more obscure acronym, Merada is all about a positive LX (life experience), because life's too short for shitty jobs.
MEET YOUR MERADANS
RAIGO
Mathematician, drummer, CEO
After a career with MicroLink, Nortal, and Net Group, Raigo felt he could do it better. So he did. He formed Merada.
ALAN
Adventure sports fan, Team Lead, Analyst
Alan hails from monster companies where he couldn't get enough oxygen. He thrives in a small, flexible environment.
GERMAN
Martial artist, QA Manager, DevOps Lead
German doesn't like it when people diss his ideas, so he joined Merada where a silly idea is often the basis for a devastatingly cool idea.
MARE
Treehugger, Frontend Designer, Creative Director
Mare claims to have seen more accomplished for customers in a single month at Merada than she did in eight years at her previous company. "It's a people's company," she says, "if that doesn't sound too commie."
Fred
Alpinist, Team Lead, Analyst
Fred likes to be the link between business needs and IT delivery – it might involve different aspects like project management, analysis or delivery.
KATRIN
Culture junkie, CX Manager
Katrin is a sophisticated mind with superhero powers to know the answer to your problem even before you know your question. Even if she's touchy-feely, you'll definitely want her on your side.
LEMME
Belly dancer, Full-Stack Developer
Lemme likes that she chooses her own tools at Merada. At previous companies they asked her to use a hammer for everything. "A hammer is great to smash things up," she says, "but often another tool is better."
